A message from our Children’s Director:
Hi, and welcome to Gum Springs!
My name is Kalynn Bearden, and I am the Student Director here at Gum Springs. I also serve as one of the PE teachers at Montgomery Central Elementary.
My vision for the children’s ministry is to share the good news of Jesus Christ with every child who walks through our doors—and to have fun while doing it! I want each child to know how special they are to God and how deeply He loves them (John 3:16).
I have a huge passion for telling others—especially children—about Jesus. It is my life’s purpose to help everyone understand what Jesus did for them on the cross and how He conquered death by rising three days later to bring hope to us all!
Each Wednesday night, we start by playing games and enjoying a snack, followed by a lesson and then small group time. We also have Sunday School for all ages—nursery, Pre-K, and up! During the worship service, we offer a nursery and Children’s Church so our kiddos can learn and grow in a fun, age-appropriate environment while you worship.
